Are you talking about dropping an item on the ground? Be a little tough if you don't own the spot because there's no access to the editor.

With the roulette mission in question, you don't have to bet on a straight number. You can bet red/black, odd/even, and so on, and it will still count. It is one of the tougher ones, but at least it's just effectively coin-flips and doesn't have to be as difficult as you're making it.

Have to be careful with this because the games and/or names are still under patent/trademark. Three card the game is public domain, but the name is still trademarked.

Not necessarily limited to floor tiles; what about an "undo" feature?

The concept was well understood at the onset. However, there's more to the game than just some two week promotion. Plus, if you're so worried about people just going to certain casinos, those select people are probably more worried about the promotion score and are going to a list that has the promotional items, rather than casino/hotel.

I'd suggest a different way and make it an option to the player. Real casinos have more than one entrance and don't necessarily force you to one or the other. Granted if they did, they'd pick casino for the same reasons candy bars are in the checkout line at the grocery store (impulse).

We'd have to be able to design the hotel room itself, and we don't have control over that. Plus, except for the minibar and en suite, those items you mentioned aren't even in hotel rooms, as casino hotels actually don't even allow outside food in order to drive restaurant business.

A form of Keno already exists in the lottery. Yes, I understand they're two different games, but let's think about, outside of war, what games are actually being played regularly. However this will get a rating solely based on the newspaper idea, although it would mean making sure more newspaper dispensers exist around the outside.

As much as it would seem like a fun idea, there is a monthly cost associated with a third party API to procure this information (commissions from spread is how casinos make money to cover this cost, remember the only true "gambling" being done on the site is the lottery from special event CP purchases), not to mention any potential licensing issues from team names actually being brand trademarks.

I wouldn't say they're "hoarding CP" so much as using it for Double Day events. Those I've seen making the requests for "cheap CP" are usually the ones that put out extravagant bomb floors. If anything has driven up the price, it's when the double day event began, because in the game's infancy, there weren't parties every half hour, or at least they weren't heavily advertised as they are today.
That being said, perhaps what would be more prudent is an "open poll" of sorts that asks each respondent to state how many chips that one CP is worth to them.

Adding dealers to the game could certainly be interesting, but that's not what's being brought up. Although you'd get closer to operating a real casino with that, I'm not sure of too many casino building simulations that make you specifically hire dealers.

Don't know about Pachinko (Remember that "Plinko" is trademarked but Pachinko almost assuredly has to be public domain by now) as a stand-alone game, but it could work well as a slot bonus game...

There was another wish list item for pool tables (including snooker for the English types) and dartboards... what about expanding both of these to the idea of full game rooms? Turning Stone Resort in Verona NY has an arcade in their "hotel area" (i.e. not the casino floor), and there are casinos that host billiards tournaments.

Betting for real money is always going to be a no-no; it's a gaming site, not a gambling site. There are APIs around to get odds on various games ( https://rapidapi.com/collection/sports-odds-betting-apis ), but there also becomes a question of licensing not only for the odds, but potentially also the sports and teams.
And how do you propose this to be a gambling thing?
