Get rid of 'Away' in Tournements
People are just going 'Away' in the tournaments. DISABLE 'Away' in tournaments. Aways ARE NOT leaving tournaments.
1 voteAs per the latest update players are now removed who sit away in tourneys : “Players that sit away from a paid poker tournament are now removed after 30 minutes (still 15 for freerolls).”

These are actually part of an anti-bot feature which help protect the game from bots or automated programs

BLACKJACK DEALER GET BJ WITH NO ACE UP
It has done it several times tonight. The dealer shows face card and get blackjack. That is fine what isn't is that the bet has already been taken out of my stack when the blackjack occurs for the dealer it takes the bet out again. I hope this can be fixed. Let me know.

chips lost
i lost 8 million chips i pressed fold and he did call
1 voteI’ve looked through the server logs (we log every action taken so that we can fully investigate these types of issues). However, there was no fold pressed, and the call lined up with the poker log. You called an all-in and the win was awarded to the correct person.

no more free drinls
Yesterday and today while doing sprints I have been given a free drink every 3 or 4 spins. This means I have to stop spinning and click 'thank you' or let me spin over 20 times each sprint. It is extremely annoying to say the least. Can't you fix this?

if you look at every player they all have lost a tun on this game this is a easy game the odds of the dealer getting 4 [21s] in a row is not good this game is just a cash dump i will not play it until it is fixed or unfixed
1 voteBlackjack is Blackjack, if we were to change the odds it wouldn’t be Blackjack anymore. You actually have better odds on CasinoRPG blackjack than in a real casino because only one deck is used.

1 voteThe “Mucking” of hands is a part of poker here and in real life , removing it would be like removing a part of the game of poker itself. The point of mucking a hand is to keep your opponent guessing , after all its not the cards you have to beat its the player!!!

You do know their are Six Unforgettable Cyberbullying Cases that ending up with them taking their own lifes put a stop to it now or remove feedback from a community that might not disservice it.

Lotto Glitch
the lotto this morning showed I still had 89 tickets from yesterdays but of 100. yet allowing to buy 100 more for the day, the draw occurred at the hour. and instead of showing my 189 tickets I now have 0, and it will not allow to purchase more.
I need not compensation only to resolve the issue, thanks in advance

1 voteThis worked correctly. Someone won the jackpot at the next draw, which resets everyone’s tickets. You are still bound by the day’s purchase limit of 100, which is why you couldn’t buy anymore.

2x XP on Saturday not applying to xp found on street
Just noticed that xp found on the ground is not getting doubled by the 2x Saturday bonus when walked over. Duplicated finding xp on the ground to same result.

Crew Funds Issue
Issued 65,000 chips from crew funds to member but they didn't receive it. I doubled checked to see in their profile and their chips only showed 6 so I tried again and it worked but still charged crew 65,000 twice. Could you please help with this matter. Thanks in advance. :-)
3 votesIt did work correctly because they had -65k chips. The bug is with them ending up with negative chips, which we are looking into. Thanks!

battle protection
For a crew to buy battle protection and others cant find a crew to battle with is wrong. I believe that the only way to get battle protection is to earning it by been in a battle.This makes if fair for those crews that enjoy a good auld battle while other hide behind this battle protection and all we have is inactive crews to battle.
8 votesBattle protection was created as a very deliberate option because not everyone wants to battle. A big part of crews it the community aspect, and many people are only in it for that aspect.

You actually don’t win the physical machine by playing slots, you unlock the ability to buy them for your own casino. These themed slot machines are locked until bonus games are successfully played for each.

chips dissapeared
after playing high rollers I left with 418k chips. It was never paid back into my account? i refreshed , and looked what happens if I re join the table and nope it is gone still.

war battles
when we have a war how about we you have to play all the games for a max of 3 hours each
after that time your score will not count ......know i know lot of you will say but i not like this game i never play black jack .....well then you can do missions as them act like a wild card for the 3 hours
as a lot of crews do have players that just like one gameif you think this is a good idea please vote

When you split a hand and then get Blackjack it doesn't count towards the Blackjack Addict 2 Mission.
