egyptian slots
I unlocked the Egyptian slots and they were saying lvl20 since I'm not lvl20 yet I cant buy them but then I went bck in on 9/23/2015 and they are saying locked. I refreshed and restarted the game and they are still saying locked. I don't know why they are locked when I won them in the bonus and it took me a great deal of time to win them all. please help and unlock them so when I go lvl20 I can get what I won....

casino upgrade time
8 days is far to long to upgrade casino to level three. I am sure you lose a lot of players because of it. I have spent many weeks getting to that stage and when I upgrade I have to wait 8 days. I've lost interest
1 voteThe upgrade time is designed to make the game seem realistic. you can also work on other casinos in the mean time and still fully edit other casinos and that casino in question.

need to fix the auction inventory
i bought a casino with 2 gold spiral sculptures i want to auction them i dont need them so the in my casino inventory but not in my auction inventory some thing wrong here
3 votesThis isn’t a bug, those items aren’t eligible for the auction because they can break. We are considering options to expand the auction house to more types of items in the future.

Did not receive CP on level up
I just leveled up to level 27. Before I leveled up, I had 4010 CP and above my head it said +25CP for the level up, however it never went up and added to my 4010 CP. I refreshed and I am still at the same CP as before the level up. I dont know how many chips you get for leveling up, but my chips did not increase either. Very sad after spending so long working to level up. :(

crews
i would like to see the punishment time shorter or gone all together if you leave a crew and have to wait 24 hours to go in another crew.
what if you go in a crew thinking you like it and find another crew you have to wait 24 hours for one crew than leave that crew wait 24 hours to go in another crew cause the 1st one you found you just did not like.

extra screen on jungle slot bonus round
when you get the bonus round at the jungle slot, the next screen is like the screens from all of the other slots. The jungle bonus does not use this screen, please remove it!
RWA3331 voteThis isn’t actually a bug, it is something we changed about the jungle bonus game. There may be additional changes to this for it to make more sense, we are in the process of a big overhaul to the bonus games across the board.

Memory Leak - somewhere.
I play poker for Long Periods and everynow and then i will get.

went to bonus on Jungle slot and got the bonus that is in the basic slots first and then it went to cave

Lower the amount of free spins in the bombs thet are over loaded with them most have 2 free spins in each They should not be in every bomb like the other stuff

Please make Blackjack a little less rigged
Its bad... I can call out what the dealer is gonna turn most the time. 9/10 if you have an 18, dealer is gonna get a 19. Its just not fun. And 5 blackjacks in 10 turns? Really?
3 votesWe are quite aware of how blackjack and probability works, this isn’t our first rodeo. There’s only one deck being used and it is fully reshuffled after every single hand. The cards are then drawn in order for each hand just like they would be in real life.

Split blackjacks do not count for mission
I have quest Blackjack Addict 2 - requires 2 Blackjacks.
At the table, I split 2 Aces; both were dealt face cards, thus creating 2 winning Blackjacks in the hand.
I received no credit for these, status remains at 0/2.Great game, thanks!
1 voteThis is correct behavior. A blackjack can only be won with 2 total cards. So, if you split, you now have more than 2 cards and it is simply counted as a 21 and not a blackjack.

Roulette Bug ( no pay )
Never got paid on winning Number after just a normal repeat bet and ready.
It was the round before in the image thats the same bet i have had on for ages. I not to bothered about the money.
I rather try get the bug fixed.

Pig
When trying to get the pig I was told I had 12 hours before I could get one. I did not get one today around 11:00 am so I want to know what the deal is. I was standing by someone that got one and that shouldn't count for me. If I got one I would like to know what I got.

Did not get refunded chips
Placed to bids on auction items today while on my lunch break from Andriod tablet. Was outbid by Penny on both items and got the notification that I was outbid but do not see that the chips were refunded. Before bid I had over 16 mil in chips and after had 14 mil. Still have only 14 mil. I have switched devices and refreshed several times.
1 voteWe looked up the logs for both of these bids and both were refunded correctly (each update to chips is logged). Before placing the bids you had around 14.6M chips, which is around what you had after being outbid. To verify, I see a bid of 1470500 and 1470200 that both show up in the logs as deducted and then refunded around 25 minutes later.

tickets are gone
I bought lottery tickets, I usually always win xp, so I check halfway in the day how many I got left and it said 0. I bought 100 at the beginning of the day. Is it supposed to be like that?
