Did not get refunded chips
Placed to bids on auction items today while on my lunch break from Andriod tablet. Was outbid by Penny on both items and got the notification that I was outbid but do not see that the chips were refunded. Before bid I had over 16 mil in chips and after had 14 mil. Still have only 14 mil. I have switched devices and refreshed several times.

We looked up the logs for both of these bids and both were refunded correctly (each update to chips is logged). Before placing the bids you had around 14.6M chips, which is around what you had after being outbid. To verify, I see a bid of 1470500 and 1470200 that both show up in the logs as deducted and then refunded around 25 minutes later.
