casino upgrade time
8 days is far to long to upgrade casino to level three. I am sure you lose a lot of players because of it. I have spent many weeks getting to that stage and when I upgrade I have to wait 8 days. I've lost interest

The upgrade time is designed to make the game seem realistic. you can also work on other casinos in the mean time and still fully edit other casinos and that casino in question.
