  2. leave game? Drones?

    In the new game, no instructions how to use the drones, I bought some not a clue what to do. Also, no tool bar? How do you leave the game?

  3. Show ship stats in crew menu

    I would like to see my current ship's offense/defense/cargo stats in the crew menu, so I can immediately see how they're changed by shuffling crew around.

    I would also like to see a summary of the stats provided by my crew, like "crew contribution: offense +xx%, defense +yy%, cargo +zz%, repair -aa%, etc".

  7. Exocraft - The new Camera View

    Although i understand the intent of this new feature - I am finding a few items that have a less than desirable effect.

    1) When bringing my craft a stop the screen moves to auto center the craft. This causes a feeling of motion sickness which is not pleasant at all.

    2) If your ship is down on bottom or up at the top of the screen ..(instead of up in center) and you need turn quick - you just cannot. Your Turning ability is grossly impaired. It almost feels as though you are fighting the camera view to return

    Recommendations can show the overall efficiency of all crew members
    example: cargo +200% defense +40% offense+60% repair-30% crystal+20%

  9. Gem cluster markers on map

    When a player blows up a mine, put a marker in that location on the map and minimap. When, say, 95% of the gems that came out of that mine have been collected, remove the marker.

    I often lose track of gem clusters because I want to get on with it and kill things instead of waiting for everything to drop. I'll eventually randomly encounter them again anyway, but with markers like this I can plan my route to collect them on purpose.

  10. Ship names

    Now we can have a fleet of ships I would like to be able to name them, so I can keep things straight in the fleet selection menu. I have only three ships so far so it's not that hard yet but a couple more and it's going to get confusing, especially during extensive part swapping operations. Besides, it's cool.

    I would also like the option to place a short text string on suitable parts. This could be the ship's name or a call sign, or whatever the player prefers. The larger cargo holds would work (especially the 9x sphere),…

  11. PVP Idea

    Recently I have had an idea about a PVP system.

    1. A person who wants to fight joins a matchmaking cue

    2. They are matched with another player with a similar amount of drones, drone bays, cargo, pilot pods, Ect.

    3. They put the same predetermined amount of crystals into the pot

    4. The two players enter an arena

    5. They fight until one person has only their pilot pod left

    6. The two players exit the arena and their ships are healed and restored to what they were before the fight (to make rebuilding the ship not needed)

    7. The winner takes the pot.

  12. interface for drone allocation

    purpose: the ability to choose what drones are on the ready or "frontlines"; thus player can determine for themselves whether they wanna put their adv drones away - to train up their reserves. Other uses apply: changout drones for mostly one color etc.
    Point being - hangar like interface where drones can be assinged to each dronebay.

  13. player rank "greeter"

    the greeter is an earned title for any player that voluntarily helps new players/exhisting players. the target player is like a community ambassidor - but no ingame powers are to be bestowed. the greeter, essentially helps the playerbase, example "RoyalSerf".
    The player I have named is a universally accepted "friend to everyone" and quite a knowledgeable player. I think everyone knows who she is, and no finer example of selfless behaviour could be chosen, for who gets "first" greeter status.

  16. Mine thieves are annoying

    Add a way to keep other from taking your mines. I was zapping the guardian, and a player comes over and takes out the mine. I lost 80 on the guardian and my payout was ZERO. Zilch. Nada. How is that okay? Not a singler crystal. That's just rude. I can't mine myself without some player coming over and doing this. At least not without finding one among huge hives where most players don't go (aka BFE)

  17. List of current bugs

    When collecting an exopart that's out of range, it's said that our cargo is full.

    Sometimes, probably when coliding with the base but not sure, the fast travel will roll back, despite the timer still being reset to 10 mins.

    On a mine with 3 or more monsters, when attacking the first one, others will move toward us. If then attacking a moving ennemy, others will no longer attack and get back to their initial position.

    When someone attacks a mine (collecting or killing monsters) that is too fast regenerating (means he keeps attacking for long) and then another one…

    Thanks so much for this detailed information. We will get to work on these bugs. Some questions:

    “When collecting an exopart that’s out of range, it’s said that our cargo is full.” By this, do you just mean the gauge flashes red? Or does it say cargo full somewhere?

    “1, 2, 3 and 4 shortcuts (drone type selecting) doesn’t work with &, é, " and ‘, meaning you have to be in capslock." I don’t understand this one, can you explain in more detail?

    “When attacking a mine, if monsters from another mine are too close they’ll come attacking your drones too, but not everytime.” This sounds like the expected behavior, unless I’m missing something.

    “When ennemies spawn, there’s a window of about 6 seconds during we can attack them without being attacked back.” Just FYI this one is by design.

  20. Ideas for Exocraft

    I posted this in a forum, but it was suggested that I post this here, so here it is:

    1. Gems need to be more common. If there are parts that cost up o 100 gems, there is no way i could buy that, and i will be progressing very little in this game. I suggest making the gem drop rate for each wreckage somewhere around 3-5, instead of up to 3, so player won't be bored to death, and so the grind won't be as tedious.

    2. Make an option to personally give players gems/credits. I think there is an option…
