Increasing the pool of available cp does nothing if people have the ability to purchase unlimited quantities of cp. No matter how much cp you pump into the market it will do no good until you limit the amount someone can purchase on a daily basis. You have people with large bank accounts of chips so they can afford to purchase large quantities of cp at will. Right now the cp market is too volatile as it can be affected by a few people overcoming the efforts of many. Every time cp prices start to come down, someone seems to come along and buy in bulk and we are right back where we started if not higher. If you put a cap on how much cp can be bought per person daily, you could buy time for the market to build up a surplus to keep the prices down. I know there is excess cp out there that could be listed but because the market keeps going up people are reluctant to list their cp because they know if they sell it now and need some later, they will end up paying more for it then. If prices stabilized, then I believe more people would be willing to list their cp which would in turn increase the quantity of cp available to purchase which would lead to reduced cp prices.

In the end the solution isn't about making cp easier to earn, its about putting limits on how much can be purchased by one person on a daily basis. Limiting purchases will allow time for the market to build up surplus and allow for cp prices to come down.

Yes well I keep asking in global chat why are people selling there cps at this price and most of them come back with the same comment they are just using the market place as a bank so they will not spend there cp's, I am sorry but this is BS and they have a place to store there cps there no need to run the market price up..............This is what is killing the game. These people have used this excuse to ruin the game for everyone. It is sad that when I went to sell a 2 floor casino it was for less than what 1000 cps were going for in the market for 33,000 million. knowing I have to pay more than that for the plot alone. This is BS and you know it. You are the man do something we are begging you James don't let them ruin this site for you and all of the rest of us who have invested in playing this game. I for one have spent a ton of money only to see it go bye bye. Is this what you want??? I think not, then you need to put a cap like 20k on cps lets get real here. I agree, James you are going to lose this game because of this, noobs can't make a go at this rate, these people are doing this on purpose. You have to make them stop. Make it where you can list at a certain high and that's that. 30k for 1 cp is nuts. I will not even buy them at that and I have 700 mil. I will leave this game before I do, sorry but cold honest truth. This is not fair to anyone. Please do something.

We don't set the prices on the market, it is all based on supply vs demand dynamics. That being said, there are some things we have in the works to help ease the inflation on the CP prices, though it won't be an instant impact.

I agree with this. I have 12 mil but by the time i buy enough cps through the buy/sell option we have now at 30k per, i can't even buy enough cps to buy the plot of land let alone the casino to put on it!! Something has to change to make it easier to get cps or a cheaper way to buy them, or lower prices on buying land, casinos and items for the casinos. You can't do all three (buy land, build casino and furnish it) with the current cp market we have now!
