[CASINO METRICS] Chat bubble of person in tab sometimes empty at entry
Very rarely the chat bubble of the person in the metrics tab is empty. Possibly have something to do with when you finished litter bug mission.

There is not enough test data to confirm. Last I had it with the janitor. But I think a few days ago I had it with the black hair lady with dollar earrings. But not really sure on that.
I also tested to see if it might have been a "off by one" coding error. Having not taken into account that arrays start with 0.
But trying to have it generate new random message (by closing and opening tab) did not produce the issue in about 100 random messages. -
Is it always a specific NPC or just random?
