Circular blue progress bar reset
The blue circular bar in the top lefthand corner creeped up to halfway full while I was playing slots. After leaving the building and talking to the Luke-like NPC, It reset back to almost empty.

Issue is still present. When playing slots and you get experience, you can go beyond the top... it only shows correctly when completed mission.

It seems to show correctly when you complete a quest and get rewarded for it.

I had the same issue as VirtualJohn: it went around, became empty but no level up. Refreshing didn't help, next time it went more than around (like 5/4 filled) and when I left a building it suddenly did show correctly level 3

I had a similar experience, except I didn't leave and it went round at level 1 twice before moving on to level 2 and later 3 normally.

After exiting and returning to the game, the bar is back to almost full.
