Battle/war scoring
We battled all month long. ( Nothing but good times ) made very little score compaired to dbl day xp's. We held first in monthly until dbl day. No way you can make it to 1st in crew. Not with dbl day xps being counted for crew score. James does not want higher battle scores. Already been there. His question was why not score 1000 in each category ? Why score higher ? What's the purpose ? James said he is fair and equal to each and every crew as he could be. When you have xps going to crew score why do we need to battle ? Why is it even called battles ? You get much less in score for winning a battle then dropping bombs for dbl day and opening floors. We were out scored by xps by more than 2 x's than what our crew score was when dbl day was over. When is this gonna stop ? When we played xp battles we still didn't get the score that you gain today by playing dbl day. We don't even play xp battles anymore. What the heck is going on here ? James please bring back the fairness in the crews. How can crew ranking ever be right keeping it this way ? If you'r gonna have crews battling it must be ranked by wins and losses. Not by who can outbuy other crews with bombs for per player pick-ups on dbl day.

I will say this, you do not have to spend lot of money on the game High and I save all month, playing, planning, and recycling bomb trades. That is how we are able to have parties that benefit the community as a whole. We do not have extravagant casinos with the need to upgrade all tables all the time and we are not players to go "All In every hand" resonably conservative players, this is how WE enjoy the game; which may not be your definition of fun, but in the end allows us to play and advance in a game that was created for us. When I started I scraped my way from the bottom to the top and again. lol , I think we should ask ourselves if the changes we want to make, benefit the community? our crews? or just ourselves? High and I try and focus on helping new players, and enjoying this recreational site with our friends. I know we all have felt like we have gotten the short end of the stick in one way or another, But at the end of the day we all log in the next morning!

I will also say this, players do not have to spend tons of money, Holy and I do not, we also do not run big casinos, we recycle bomb trades and save all month earning and just playing and enjoying this recreational site.That is how we are able to throw bomb parties that the community benefits from! So people do not need to spend a lot, they just need to plan and save just like in real life.There are many ways to have fun and enjoy the game. It seems counterproductive for us all to try and tell James how to do things, although this is an issue I have spoken with him about, this is the by-product of trying to make himself available. It is always harder to punish a friend, is the best analogy I can think of, Ultimately everyone wants a better situation, but if you think about the changes that you want done, ask yourself who will those changes benefit? The new player? all players, just you or your crew? When I started this game I scraped and scratched my way to top and back down again, many times, lol but I always think about how I can help the new player and have fun playing and spending time with my friends, although I do not have many but that is another story, but I strive not to lose site of that regardless of who does what. I have to live within the confines of what I can control, while not trying to control anything. We all have great ideas, and we all have felt like we are getting the short end of the stick in one way or another, but we all log on the next day. With the disparity in crew size which has been a problem from day 1, somehow a new formula as to be instated to try and offset this. It should be obvious that the easiest fix is to limit crew size, but its been that way for a long time and doesn't seem as if a size limit is going to be forthcoming...
So what to do.. I sent an e-mail to James showing how a large crew scores more for losing then a lot of crews can score for winning... does this seem right to anyone? Only idea I could come up with is averaging. Then it wouldn't matter if it was 5 people or 50 battling. 10 people in a battle and you score 100,000 points ...that's 10k per person if you win its 2.5K rank score if you lose 1K crew score. Yes crew ranking scores would come down if made retroactive (as it should).
Look at another example. Last war one crew averaged around 26K for each player, another crew 36K per person and another crew 54K per person.... so who got the most crew points in this example .... the crew who averaged 26K and the crew who averaged 54K got the LEAST points ...this seem fair to anyone?
Now double day bomb floors. Is this part of who has the best crew or who spends the most? Its a play for free site, so buying your spot in ranking? But that is what has happened. Is the crew with most wins first? no ...highest winning % ...no ...largest crew? no ... longest crew here? no ... So right away everyone can see that ranking right now is all about who wants to spend the most or who is able to spend the most. This also needs to change. How? I don't know. I would suggest that individual points become far less of an additive for crew rank, or that crew points are shut off anytime someone has double points... or take all individual points scored from bombs out of crew ranking and make it only xps earned in games and missions etc. I am sure others may have ideas and most likely better then what i have come up with ...but long and short of it is ...bomb floors should never determine your crew ranking. It's wrong and everyone here knows it, whether they will admit it or not.

Babychels old crew are still around and support her 100%, don't know if you noticed that! I left that crew (and playing all together same way as before) due to everything in this thread. Nothing to do with the crew as I still respect each and every one of them a lot. The game has no fairness as it stands. I don't see the point in playing a game for hours on end that I don't think gives everyone a fair chance. With regards to All In, I watched Patience hold that crew open for at least a year on her own, not playing very much until you all decided to get back in it so I think there are some bad memories that need reminding. Stop being childish and picking on people like always, bully tactics are uncalled for. There are plenty people who can see that there is sense in what is being suggested on this thread and support it.

you all just figure it out now but i told him that when it just came out his respond was "The previous score was a measure used for ranking, it wasn't a cumulative amount of earned points.That is what the new system is."
so he knows for long time will he do something or continue to ignore thats the question -

Yes you gain A Lot of xps during dbl day. Everyone is NOT like you and can afford to buy thousands of bombs a month. Get real here.

Funny how everyone loved the idea when James came out with the update and he told everyone this would be the last change. Also a new crew should not be allowed to come in and because they win 29 battles pass a crew who not only has 134 wins BUT has the highest win/loss %. Not to mention who has won the last 2 head to head battle :) Other crews started with 0 wins while others moved in on a crew that was 10-0 from the time they joined and want to talk about fair lol

I know this one thing will not fix everything that's wrong with the crew's. This can be a start to getting something done. The scoring needs to be fixed with the smaller crew's compaired to what the larger crew's recieve in crew score. War ranking w/ battles. The crew's will also need to be reset 2 or 3 times a year. Their is so much wrong with how the crew's are set-up. We need to start somewhere because it's just not right.

sorry to move off the main topic in this thread that has just started ... but I would hate for any new players to read diamonddans post and think there is any truth in it.
dan has been told numerous times that level of player and bet amount doesn't matter ..for the new players your bet amount makes NO difference ...your level does not either. Quick example .. hitting your number once in roulette is worth 900 points in a battle or war.. if you are level 1 or level 100 ...if you bet 1 chip or 1000 chips your score will still be 900. This is the same across all games ..a BJ is BJ for everyone and scores same ... 52 cards up in soli is same for all ...etc ...so battle away everyone has same chances. oh and BTW ...bars count for nothing in battles and havent for several years

well as of October 4th I been here for 5 years on this game. I under stand that this is James Game to the end , as I was told at one time . I have seen a lot of changes in this game with battle and wars over the 5 years I been on this game. I have to say when all XP,s counted it kinda gave the lower level team a chance to get higher points on there score . Sure the points and score was much higher not only for the player but for the crew,s as well . Then people started to complain to James that they could not make out the scores , cause they where so Large and ran in to one another . This is when James put it over to percentage % witch still does not work because of the Min Bets and the higher Bet amount of the Levels of Players. Unless you are over level 60 the men bet stays the same for them players in score on the game and the Lower levels Do Not Have A Chance To Even Win In Any Battle they go in to at any time . So for any lower team to even go in to a battle is a waste of time, Known they are going to lose anyways . SO WHY PLAY IN ANY BATTLE Or War ! The % is garbage and I said it from day one , know one has any chance to win against higher levels of any player. I have given suggestions over the year , that may work and like any thing else it is over looked , like any one else Suggestions to fix the Battle or wars . Like I always said, The ones with money deep in there pockets and Willing to spend it , Will win the battle every time by buying there way through Battle or war every time . I said it before the only way to make things fare is to have a straight play where CP,S , Bombs and Bars are gone and will not count and get rid of the % of metric Conversion totally . If I went with my level 55 up against a level 12 the way it is set up now One on One with a level 12 the way it is set up I am going to win every time cause my Min Bet is higher then there and that is a game changer all in it self for 2 factors. 1 my Min Bet is much Higher cause of my Level and 2 The level of % is much greater then there is at Level 12 . James makes his money on People who buys CP,s and Promotion stuff when They buy Bombs as well . If James was to Stop people from Buying CP,s or bombs for this Period of Battles and Wars The house and him will lose Money. I'm sure this will never happen. Like I said Straight Play and Imperial- Standard play is the only way any Battle or war will ever be fare for any one . NO Bombs to make xp,s or cp,s , No Bars for Xp,s , No Hotels Xp,s and every one is on a same bet amount that does not have any thing to do with Levels , Min Bets , Xp, or Cp,s . This way the points are made though a straight play of what you play Not Buying your way to win the game .Trying to Beat your own Score is know fun as it is also limited on what you can score at any time . Through a Straight Play the sky would be the limit for your points and every one is at the same playing level as the lower level players and the ones who can not afford to buy there game at any time . I agree the Battles and Wars has to be fixed and changed or it is a waste of time to play any or in any all Battles and wars .

I totally agree. bombs on double day should only count for personal xp not crew xp. This isn't fair to the people who can't afford to buy that many cps. Crew ranking shouldn't depend on how much bombs you can throw at double day and that is the way it goes now. It isn''t fair at all

Can someone provide information on the standardisation for how crew xp is accrued when players on different levels earn varying amounts?
I have nothing against people wanting to bomb for xp to level up and what not, just want to know every crew has same potential to earn the xp they deserve for the efforts. I enjoy the competitiveness of several crews such as All in and OC11, and they always prove to be close battles.... wish there would be more incentives for others to join.... the personal xp earned from battles/wars is pitiful for the effort.
I would also like to see regular resets every 3 or 6 months to increase the competitiveness between crews and get more battling again. Maybe you could you award each crew member a special trophy at the end of the period for top crew. This game needs more goals for crews to aim for for the month and then get rewarded for it with a trophy for crew house. eg. Most battles won, most xp earned, most slots spun, most BJ's, etc....
I dont wish to deter from babychels's point, so please address the fairness in crews!!!
