Feedback and Support Design is poor.
feedback is so poorly laid out. should be in forums under separate categories for bugs or suggestions so people can actually read them and give you useful feedback. This current system just discourages people from providing feedback. From a design view it's a big fail. It is very difficult to view peoples ideas or bug issues.

Hmm, how are you accessing the feedback forum?
FYI, if you click the (i) icon on the GFN toolbar there are two separate buttons at the bottom of the panel for Feedback (for feature requests) and Support (for bug reports and other issues).

Then your "support ticket system" isn't very clear on how to find or use it.

Anonymous, the feedback forum is not meant for bug reports, only for feature requests. We have our support ticket system for issues encountered in the game. You do not need votes in order to submit a bug report through our ticket system.

Sorry to "hijack", but one thing I'm not too thrilled about is how we're only able to post 15 bugs/suggestions at a time. I understand the desire to prevent spam, but perhaps that limit should be either upped, removed, or make it so you don't have to have a "vote" to place a bug report, but still have it for something that truly is an enhancement.

Can you explain what you think doesn't work about it? It has proved massively useful for us in gathering feedback and fixing bugs, so from our perspective it has been working quite well.
