Obviously there's a thing in the game where NPCs are "using" slot machines. Why wouldn't this be consistent with video poker, as VP is basically a "slot machine" with a different game and a better payout? I can understand if you want to lump this in with the NPC overhaul I saw in another ticket, but something to keep in mind.
