Item picked up from bomb didn't show in vault

I picked a gold bed in a daily spin from a bomb a few min ago and it didn't show up in my fault. This is the first time I've noticed this. The bombs - more recently - have not been good at all, so I'd like to have this item added to my vault .. please and thanks.
