Allow "chop" and "straddle" in poker games
In poker games in many casinos, there are two additional that should be considered to be added:
Chop (cash game version ONLY): If everyone but the two blinds have folded, the blinds may agree to "chop", take back their blinds, and go to the next hand with the dealer button passing. Any called or raised bet eliminates the possibility to chop.
Chop (tournament version ONLY): If tournaments are going long and all remaining players agree, split the remaining prize pool evenly among the remaining players.
Straddle (cash game ONLY, not allowed in tournament play): Starting with the player "first to act", players may post the big blind BEFORE being dealt his/her cards and receive a check/bet option in turn before the flop. This is available to players in turn until one chooses not to straddle, or has already posted a big blind.
