Just because an idea isn't fully implemented doesn't mean we don't value every contribution to this feedback forum. Changing the price of the bombs, especially that dramatically, would completely change the economy of the game. Even just a temporary change like that would have long-lasting effects that we must take into account with any update we make. If you'll notice, we did love the idea about the gift boxes and bombs and implemented that.

Give everyone a christmas tree in their condo that wilts on 6th of January, allow people to sent gifts from their vault that can only be opened on Christmas day with a message attached. Also a present from James to everyone that could be a Christmas cracker or bomb would be great to get the festive feeling going too.

I think the half price might be okay for a couple days right around xmas, but having them show as presents for the month of December would be cool.
