@James I have allowed many, many players who battle guardians with me take out the mines - When I do this - i NEVER get any red gems - and I ask the player I am hunting with if they are getting red gems and they say yes - So the other player collects all the red gems the mines gives out.
I would not say something that I have not experienced myself - and I have done this countless times for many new players. But now you have piqued my curiousity - what do you mean that red gems are tied to our accounts. I never said that my balance of red gems were impacted but that the mines will not award a player any red gems if they do not at least tag the mine with a drone.
You can kill all the guardians in a cluster - and allow another player to destroy the mine - and time after time you will see that you do not get awarded any red gems for that mine - but the other player may or maynot as some just do not give any red gems.An error occurred while saving the comment RoyalSerf commented
If a player takes the mine that you are getting the guardians on -- they get all the red gems if you cannot get a drone on the mine before they destroy it -- so it is not true that it does not hurt when someone takes your mine while you are occupied elsewhere...and it is certainly not a help

@Benji I really like that suggestion and i noticed that we have an Allow Notifications in the settings - not sure how that works because i removed the flag and it did not seem to have an effect on those notices. Not sure whether that would only work for Betacraft notifications while on Betacraft or if it would prevent notices sent from all Goldfire applications- like Casino RPG. Since I keep both apps open maybe it confuses the system?

Sounds very interesting but i would worry about tiny ships and the damage they may sustain if selection of players is random - perhaps this should be at level or level range basis. That way the level 100 players would not have an unreasonable advantage against lower level players.

Did this happen just once or does it happen every time? If so, when did it start happening?

A search button has been added, but you shouldn’t ever have to scroll to see the search bar. The map stretches to fit the screen and then the search bar is placed in the bottom right corner of the screen. If that is not what you are seeing we’d really appreciate getting a screenshot.

I agree that these mines become very annoying - especially when there are ship wrecks required for daily bounty -- Looking for ship wrecks can become frustrating - but even more so when you keep going to these abandoned mine locations.
A good deterrent to this practice would be that any mine that is stripped of all guardians should auto destroy or disappear after 90 seconds without leaving any crystal or gem award. I recommend ninety seconds as you may be working on two clusters close enough together that a minute may not be sufficient time
