Actually Shawn, I have never been banned nor have I ever been deleted. So no I am not wrong. In the real world, if I send in a complaint about a volunteer at an organization, I get a reply saying we are looking into it or we have taken action. Here tickets sent to James never get replied too. And if you take an issue to either of the head CA's they say put in a ticket. If I was wrong then there should be a reply to my ticket saying they have looked into the issue and here is why we are not doing anything. If you don't think support needs to reply to any tickets now, why do you think they should with your suggestion?
