We need to give crew leaders the ability to exempt members from war.

Sometimes people sign up for war but they have no intention of helping with team challenges at all. It's getting so bad it happens every war and is unpleasant for the crew members that do the team challenges EVERY SINGLE TIME!

We can clearly see who is not doing them. There are plenty of stats around the game to figure that part out easily and therefore some kind of control to exempt players that are known to do this would help.

It may help those people realise that we will not be allowed to enter if they do not chip in. I am not talking about people who have an odd day where they are busy or have agreed in advance that they will have limited time, but those repeat offenders that take their crew mates for fools.
