    I agree. Sometimes there is a dispute as to whether someone got paid - and it would be worthwhile at poker (league) tourneys with bounties and such - so checking could be done after to make sure everyone got their pay. And also with the fact that you can only send 9,999,999 and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has tried to send 10M in one transfer and been told you only sent 1M and you're sure you sent 10.
