What might help as well, especially for the foreclosures: Spread out the time a little. WAY too much of an advantage for people on the west coast US; some of us aren't up that late.

Not specifically with the pigeon game, however I have seen it not render and just show grey a couple times. I also recall seeing a couple people in global chat also able to reproduce grey only when bringing up the full mini-map.

I can understand full screen on mobile/tablet, but not necessarily for the larger screens. Seems bulky, hides chat, and the manual entry is tough to read.

The definition of "no limit" is that there is no limit as to how much a player can bet. If you're going to whine about someone going all in, don't play no limit.

Give it time; pot limit is on its way. Plus, what's to stop two "bingo players" from six-betting to all in? Also, if you tell people how to play poker at a table, of course they're not going to do it.

+1 to the taxi driver. What about a dealer job, where you deal one of the table games (pick one to start like Blackjack, maybe put some choices in later), earn the wage plus any tips the NPCs want to give you.

The biggest issue I see with this is how you would handle overdrafts. Obviously the land/casino assets could be used as collateral, but not everyone has this available. What if you were to use daily spins or jobs as a sort of "wage garnishment" if there's nothing further available? No debtor's prison with the ban hammer, please.

I recommend against this universally, as standing on soft 17 mathematically favors the player. I think at one point, I made a suggestion of allowing casino owners to set the rules of their games, such as this. Maybe that's the better idea.

Reminds me a little bit of Casino Empire. Maybe some other possibilities could be sabotaging casinos such as throwing trash, breaking machines, switching out alcohol, and so on. At least something that would fit into your casino's workers. Could even be a regular mission.
Don't bother counting; it's one deck, and re-shuffles after each deal.
