Considering people spend real money purchasing cp there needs to be a means by which they can protect themselves from individuals who would willingly ruin their fun. Being able to ban a person from a floor or even an entire casino would offer them that protection. This shouldn't be necessary but time and time again we have seen people not respect other players and purposely ruin their hard work and effort.
