Hello Cowtoon, Actually the CAs get free citizenship and free bombs here and there so they do get paid, not a lot but do get something. But more importantly, in real life, if I volunteer for an organization and that organization receives complaints about me, they would look into it and then most likely tell me not to show up any more. Why? It is their reputation that is being hurt by me volunteering for them and causing issues. At CRPG, if you put in a ticket (which I have done more then once) because a CA over stepped their authority it gets brushed under the table and the CA is aloud to continue. No action taken. There is no email telling me something was done or if it was even looked at. The ticket goes into a black hole. Thus the CA can do pretty much whatever they want, delete chats that are not against any rules, show favoritism to players they like, etc. Why? Cause there is no course for a player to complain that will be heard or that something will be done.
