  2. Wasting cp on table upgrades

    Since the last update the costs of upgrading neon poker tables is way higher as it says it should be. l'm down 400 cp by upgrading 5 neon poker tables and one videopoker. All tables and videopoker are lvl2 and l wanted to upgrade to lvl3. Also when l refresh the items are back in my vualt but l didn't get back the cp l invested. lf l put them back on the floor l have to upgrade them again and it charges me a 2nd time for the same upgrade

  3. Getting 3 notifications for tourneys

    When I sign up for a tournament at 15 minutes till I get a notification it will start in 15 minutes, but I receive 3 of the same notifications for the same touney, and the same happens when it gets down to 5 minutes, I get the notification, but I get 3 of them.

    P.S. with this being a bug report will I get the beta testers achievement, and award?

  4. Bomb error since wall item update

    Since the wall item update, items can get thrown under/behind areas where there are floor items as shown in attaachment

    In the new phrases you can use with your emotes on the poker table... "Your Welcome" should be "You're Welcome".

  6. selling items from lot.

    hi how's it going? I have noticed a glitch with selling items from outside. I can click on the item press sell and it still shows in my vault but the cp and chips I am due to get back will double if I try sell it again. At the moment the vault interface just closes down if I try to sell the items. I can still sell whilst in my in the condo or in any of my casino's. At my end it's a minor glitch but it be getting used by others.

  7. Consistency in garbage/repair markings

    Garbage shows the floor number where one of the garbage piles is (sometimes a summation, but I haven't had two on a floor recently so I don't know if that's still a thing), while repairs shows the quantity of repairs in the entire casino itself and no floor number. Whichever system you'd prefer to use, could we have some consistency between the two?

  8. cp tourney 10pm server time.

  10. Casino repair phone option

    Think there should be an area in the phone app to allow you to find what casino has the unrepairable items when they need replaced, instead of spending hours searching for an item that need replaced

  12. @ cp tourneys disappeared

    I signed up for 2 cp tourneys and neither one of them went.
    Last night and the 11 AM one today. DO u reimburse for tourneys
    that disappear. If u do I should be reimbursed 50 ncps.

    There is no block on the permissions on your account that i can see, so you should still have them. Try clearing your cache. If they do not come back please send us a ticket and we will look into it in more detail.

  14. floor tiles

    Hi james.
    my floors that I design and I add to the design as i add things to the floor. Twice now I had doorways with 1cp tiles extending in. so approx. 28 tiles at 1 cp. and the rest of the flooring was the light tan free cp tile. After the update, (which my first occurrance was with black and teal (1cp teal speckles) at gemstone. anyway to make this NOT confusing. i have laid down more 1cp tiles around objects, to blend in with my sand floor. (example of sand mixing, any of my sandstone casinos) anyway as…

  16. Cannot place 'jumping water arch' exclusive on lot

    I cannot place 'jumping water arch' on certain positions of the lot. when i try and rotate the arch it appears in between 2 tiles. when i position it in the available tile space it still appears as red and unable to place. This is frustrating!! Others i have spoken with are experiencing the same issue.

  17. Stacking Upgrades - Not Woking, lost CP

    • Placing an item from vault
    • Upgrading item to lvl 2-> selecting normal upgrade
    • Select same item.
    • Upgrading item to lvl 3 -> selecting normal upgrade
    • Finalise Changes -> yes (lvl 1 neon poker to lvl 3 neon poker 21cp + chips

    result = 21cp + instant fee being taken from account. (should be no instant cost, nothing disclosed about it needing to be instant before upgrading to lvl3)

    after refresh...... table is now in vault back as lvl1. no refund of cp.

    I just lost 53cp.
    other people have just lost many more 400cp.

    please fix!!!

  18. Trash wont clear and wont let me hire janitors

  19. purchase disappeared

    I bought a giant conch for my display at 10,000 chips and 25 cp's. I even saved it with the Editor, and it was part of my centerpiece on my third floor of my 4th floor in my new casino w4s2-16, but it disappeared and it didn't go in my vault. I can't find it anywhere. Is there anyway omeone could find out what happened?

  20. viewing battle or war scores after its over

    when the battles or war ends , it would be nice to still see the scores etc after its over maybe view details of battle " link" would be good, include individual scores and leaderboards etc since many times we are offline when it's over.Just the final score is not enough! Thanks, I know many would really like this!
