Why did I lose my blackchip..could really have used it today. Inactivity?
I have lost my blackchip. did I do something wrong? Please give me some input. Thank you

There is no block on the permissions on your account that i can see, so you should still have them. Try clearing your cache. If they do not come back please send us a ticket and we will look into it in more detail.
