  1. Bonus game & Free spins

    I won 5 free spins on the slots at the same time that I lit up all 5 lights. It let me choose the "garbage" (as usual) but the 5 free spins were not given.

  2. Bugged Metrics

    When using the metrics is sometimes "freezes" meaning you cannot adjust or change anything as well as going to a different tab. Also when you hire or fire staff you cannot see the count up front in the middle window that comes up but you can see it on the right under the staff section of the metrics.

  4. Unable to decorate the exterior of my casino

    When trying to decorate the exterior of the four winds casino, it takes my chips, and the item appears, I then get an error message and the item vanishes, I believe the property was previously owned and that is why I'm having the problem

  5. couldnt see swizzler while in same casino on same floor

  6. Poker SnG didnt pay

    We played a 50k poker SnG.. It was callofduty77, Cindy, Babychels, and Jaysim... it didnt pay us when the tournament was over... so we all lost 50k.. Cindy got 4th / Babychels got 3rd / callofduty77 got 2nd / Jaysim got 1st

  9. Slots addict mission

    Hi,

    I always accept both slots addict missions at once and complete them both at once.

    But when you earn enough chips during the first spin, slots addict mission 2 (earn x chips in one spin) is not awarded.

    Last time this happened: first reel bottom, second reel middle and third reel middle showed a bonus chest. Winnings was 6500 and only slots addict 1 mission was met (earn total of 5000 chips). This has happened a total of 2 times so far.

    If I recall correctly, this only happens when you earn this with the first spin after accepting…

  10. slots

    I was doing a slot mission and hit something for 500k was not watching. Had lots of free spins total was 488k right after the 500k hit. I got my 1M metal as well. When i went back to the slot mission guy and clicked to collect my winnings from mission It took 1/2 my chips. I have 532,733 chips now when i had over 1M

  12. Poker Missions

    I think it would be nice if you could complete your poker mission from inside a tournament game room and not have to leave and return during a tournament.

  13. Game lost connection, will not load

    Not sure what the reason is, but I lost connection after upgrading some items around (11:40 pm est) and can not reconnect/reload the game, it sits at the red goldfire studios logo.

  15. Popularity Cap

    Is popularity capped at 1000? I can not seem to get above 1000 to help increase my customers to capacity ration :/

    You are correct, popularity was capped at 1000.

    That cap will be removed with the next update.

  16. toggle global chat off and on

    please add the ability to toggle global chat off or on. most software has this feature, and the global chat sometimes interferes with other items on the screen.

  17. Crime mission

    It never seems to tell me about a third suspect, neither if i re-enter the building, ask everyone a million times, they just say the same crap about the a useless victem, so it's like i have a % of chance to get the names of the suspects, which is like 60%/39%/1%(the last suspect). So yea, it's useless trying this mission, or even putting effort into it.

  20. poker tourney refund doesnt add back to stats?

    im pretty sure the tourney refunds when they dont start does not add back to the poker statistics bankroll balance
