Unable to decorate the exterior of my casino
When trying to decorate the exterior of the four winds casino, it takes my chips, and the item appears, I then get an error message and the item vanishes, I believe the property was previously owned and that is why I'm having the problem

Your chips automatically refund on error, but you typically have to refresh to see them. The next game update will fix this.
Knowing what the error message said will help us out, like James mentioned.
