  1. tournament seating

    not exactly sure how it works but i remember before a tourney starts being able to choose your seat by standing up and resitting down this should not be allowed as people can stand up and resit down to possibly gain positional advantage on another player before it starts if the ohter player does not move. people should be seated randomly and not allowed to move also people down the road could collude by doing this if the tournaments got big enough and people worked together and choose their tables and seating etc

    Several updates have been made to npcs since this ticket was posted.

  3. poker bug the gear slide out menu dissapears when table is really small

    when i click the gear to enable auto top up the gear disappears but only when the table is really small.

  4. Battle

    High Rollers -V- Royal High Rollers had 22,105 points and Royal had 8,176 points . When OKC and Poker Stars battle started Okc went into Royals game somehow. When OKC points its going into Royal points . So now High Rollers is playing 2 different crews at one time

  5. Message Members of your crew

    I think there should be a way to private message members of your crew. I also don't like that crew members have to vote on challenges. The leader should have the final say and besides, some people only log in a couple times a week. If they don't log in, they won't vote, so we won't be able to challenge other crews.

  6. Heartbleed? Just wanted to let ya know...

    An App I have, said that your servers could potentially have the Heartbleed virus. It is the Chromebleed app for Google chrome that reported this. Just wanted to let you know. Great work. Keep it up! Thanks!

    The Heartbleed vulnerability effected a lot of the internet, but our site and our game was completely unaffected.

    The technology we’re using was not vulnerable to Heartbleed, so the information on our servers has always been secure.

    We appreciate the concern though!

  10. Income breakdown

    Have a button on the screen generated from the "Hourly Profit" or somewhere similar that shows me what the categories of revenue are, and what is generating revenue in my casino.
    That way, I can tell if my bar is helping any, or if I actually improved my position by giving my pitbosses, managers, or bartenders a raise.

  11. bug

    if i am playing slots and i get a invite to do the sprint and accept the window to the right does not pop up to tell you whos in spint or whos winning .......
    on a few times when playing classic slots if the cp icon come on first reel it does not give the cp mostly if in free spins

  12. Can't Buy Property, no emai ever sent.

    When I try to buy property it says I will receive an email to confirm. I never receive the email. It says I can go to www.goldfire.me to resend. That is not a valid website. What gives?

  15. bonus spins stopped

    i won 10 bonus spins and after the first spin i got onto the bonus treasure, after choosing a X i came back to the slot only to find out i have 9 spins remaining but it won't spin. i tried clickin spin,auto spin and everythin else i could click, but nothing seems to want to carry the bonus spins goin :(

  16. MINI-MAP waypoint description change

    went to change the description 3 times and 3 times it has rejected it - only way to do it right now is delete the waypoint and reset it if you can remove it yet without losing others saved locations as I have previously pointed out

  20. daily bonus spin issue

    I have had this on seveeral occasions, the daily spin bonus resets to zero even though i log in at least once daily and usually several times to collect my chips from my vault

    The vault stored chips always show i have been off for less that a day and usually only a few hours between collections, i think it was 900 chips held today and i know i logged in after work yesterday to collect when i had about the same chips again but both days i had been reset to zero.

    At one stage i had max spin…
