Message Members of your crew
I think there should be a way to private message members of your crew. I also don't like that crew members have to vote on challenges. The leader should have the final say and besides, some people only log in a couple times a week. If they don't log in, they won't vote, so we won't be able to challenge other crews.
Recent updates have made it so that global and crew chat don’t get reset when the server restarts, so this is no longer an issue.

If I leave a message for someone in the crew and the server resets before they come on the chat is empty and they don't see the message or even when the crew leaders leave messages and I come home from work, the chat is empty. A mail system would also be good, then you have something you can look back on if you are asking for advice or suggestions,
