both of my 2 star casinos are capped out, or bugged
There is a lot more capacity, but both of them are showing messed up income versus expenses versus profit. Both have the exact same stats (show in the screenshot), capped at 3999. they were both at 3999 before i added 12 spotlights to them, and nothing changed accept that each have 20 more customers, same stats otherwise.
6 votesThe discrepancy between revenue, expenses, and profit is due to your crew’s profit upgrade. We’ll update this menu to reflect that.
By making adjustments to your casino in a test environment we were able to bring profit above 3999. Try making a few more tweaks to get it above that amount.

Please set daily slots to 1 or 2 time(s) per hour
With the way the daily slots are now, given up to 250 spins a day, there are problems. 1) the cp economy crashed and will not recover as long as there is the prospect of rares and 250 tries a day. 2) way to many rares have already been found. The game rares are being used and that only served to boost most builders hourly income by 2-4k already. 3) To many rares period 4) To many chips. We have 4 times the amount of millionaires now and with no major chip pull in the game, these chips will just…

Slots auto spin feature cancels out when bonus spins are won
I wouldn't call this a bug. Though, when you get bonus spins on a slot machine, your auto spin selection is negated. It would be nice if it picked up on the auto spin counter after the bonus spins were completed.

to much cp being takin on daily slots when u win
when u win daily slots it takes 2 more cp out of you account , spun over 30 times already before it was said in global to check . sypress noticed it also

Unable to repair broken Slot
I am unable to repair this slot. It broke while sitting in my vault. When I placed it on the floor the icon wasn't there and when I came back it was broken so I went to repair it and I get this. I have tried cleaning the cache and refreshing, that was no help.

Street lay-out co-ordinates
I have to say that i really like the site and whats being done here.
The only thing i would prefer to be different from the great work that has obviously been done here is to do with the street lay-outs in terms of co-ordinates.
They seem very haphazard and when you spawn in a random location, it is virtually impossible to know where to head to find your casino and collect the contents of your vault.
Its a shame that the X-Axis isn't Alpha related and the Y-Axis numerical or something similar because at the momment it seems that…

Lost Daily Slots Jackpot Bonus
On Monday, 6/2 around 10:30am I hit the Daily Slots Jackpot for around 220,000. Initially the chips added to my account, but when I left the slot, they disappeared. Would like to know if there is a way to retrieve the chips I won.

This is actually a display issue with the daily slot. It updates your chip and casino point counts to higher levels you actually have. Doing another activity will reset the counts to the right level, sometimes making it appear as if you lost a lot of cash.
But, just to be sure, we’ve given you the 220K chips. Have fun!

Everytime I exit the edit lot function I disappear. I reappear when I enter a building.

Poker Tourney Timings
Hi James ,
Was wondering if some of the tourneys could be doubled up for us who dont live in the U.S as ones such as Turbo Tuesdays , Mega Mondays , Winning Wednesdays ect . all start at 3am my time (4am EU time) and i would actually like to have a go in some of these as they are some of the higher buy ins / payout
Obviously i get that you guys are based in U.S but we have players from all round the world now so maybe a possibilty to have 2 with are 12 hours…

Alien slots bonus
In New Alien slots if Bonus game is activated during free spins once bonus game is completed remaining free spins do not reactivate. Can not reactivate. Only option is to leave game and forfeit Free Spin wins.
During free spins you should disable Bonus Mini Game.

Is it possible to clear these quests for me? I don't see the cancel quest on these ones. "Return to Simon"

screen change
keep getting stuck between screens (loading) it goes black with graphics but never finishes loading, i have to refresh then i see a msg for a sec, something about lost connection... happens all the time
