make it once an hour or twice an hour. Slow down the influx of rares (and maybe even put the rare drop chance back to day one chance). This will still make it valuable to play, but will allow everything to settle back down. As it stands, with cp costs 3.5 times what they were before the daily slot change, its near impossible to build up casinos other than using Rares. Those selling cps for 7k + arent building, just hoarding. The cps were made interesting at the expense of the builders. THanks!
