  1. Vault Upgrade

    Hi I upgraded my vault which held 300, It cost me 200 cp's and said I would get 15k and 70 items, after I upgraded it only went to 350 items instead of 370? The chips part I won't know till it fills up. Can you fix this please. I have 5 casino's and need to upgrade because it would fill up in 8 hours or less and I casnnot empty it while at work. I hear some talking they can go 24 hours without emptying theirs.Hope you can fix mine for me :)

  2. bomb prizes stuck in casino corner

    A friend and I set off a bomb in my casino.... e0s1-16 (rollers and hookers) and some chips and xp are in the corner but kinda off the edge of the floor and can not get to them...they are still there spinning if you want to take a look... im not real worried about losing the chips... but thought you should know it is possible to lose things off the map in the casinos.

  3. 2x xp from pig

    when you get the 1 hour 2x xp from pig, it is not awarding u that bonus when you play games and do missions, but you do get it when drinking from the bar

  4. blackjack bug when split and double

    after you split the hand, you stand on the first and then double the second and get 21, it does not allow you to stand and you have to wait out the full time.

  5. Slots bug

    When leaving a regular slots game when it hits a bonus on the leaving spin the map of the bonus stays on the screen

  7. I am trying to get the building permit so I can build a casino.

    I have completed the first 2 steps but now I can not interact with the police or the mail lady or simon in the bank. In short I can not get the building permit without doing one of these missions. Please help!

  8. Edit Price of Casino Auction Broken

    Numerous people have claimed this problem in-game and I have experienced it myself, so I thought I would post.

    When editing the price of an auction, the only way it will work is if you hit the Enter key. Clicking the button does not save the new value.

    we should be able to make poker sit n go's tournaments with a higher buyin that 999,999 ..... any chance we could change to 10m or 100m?

  12. Fix consecutive days

    My consecutive days went from 100+ to 0 today. The only thing I did different from usual was that I didn't refresh during the day and played the same slot for most of it. I more than likely played several thousand slot pulls. (Went from ~40000 chips to over 1.5m)

  15. Experience not applying after bonus spins

    I was in the process of preparing to lvl up to 26 and received two set of bonus spins while I was within striking distance to level. I noticed both times the experience was not being adding to my current number.

    I'm not sure how long this has been going on or if it's an isolated issue. Just thought I'd share in case someone else begins experiencing the same issue.

  17. ATM's disappear and casino metrics

    I built 2 atms in my casino "up the cuff" last night... about half way through their building time they disappeared. I spent 15 cp on each of them and I never got the cp back..they just vanished... also the metrics do not seem to be correct. No matter what I do I can not get security or enviroment up. I believe there is a bug with my casino metrics... the enviroment was -9 and then i build all sorts of cool things and the enviroment is still -9. Can you please see if my casino have something crazy with…

    After checking your casinos, it looks like you’re on the right track.

    It looks like the best method to increase your environment is to add more decorations, but the ratings are close enough to 0 that you shouldn’t see too much of a penalty.

    Anything greater than 0 is considered good.

  19. Leaving jungle slots

    I noticed someone mention last night in chat that they had to refresh every time they left slots, as it stays in the loading page.
    I'm now finding every Time I leave a jungle slot this happens, I get stuck in the loading screen and have to refresh. I've tried other slots and it seems to only be happen with Jungle slots.

  20. End the double standards

    So, I honestly just got a chat ban for being a smart ass, but you don't do anything to a player who threatens to find and shoot another player? You've gotta be kidding me, right? The only difference I can find is I don't have citizen status. Is that how it is, here? If you pay to play you can do whatever you want, but if you don't you must live in fear of the watchful eye of the all-powerful moderator?
