  1. Time In Between Battles

    A crew that has been in a battle should have 7 day protection and shouldn't be able to challenge another crew for 7 days either. What's happening right now is just crews battling inactive crews to move up the ranks. Barely any real battles are being played right now. If it's a bug please fix.

  5. playings jungle slot stuck in bonus round

    I played jungle slot and got a bonus round. i clic on first icon, go to the second door, clic another, going thru another door until i get only 2 button, i clic on the 2 button, nothings happen, just the button turn a little bit, clic kick door, nothings happen and try to get out and take look but nothing happens too

    Thank you for reporting this. This bug will be fixed in the next release.

    We’ve also updated your player record so that you will no longer experience the bug, and have automatically unlocked a jungle slot machine for you (which would have been your reward).

    Thank you for the support, it goes a long way! We have some updates to the goldfire.me platform in the works that will allow better management of this, but in the meantime we are happy to take care of this manually. Just to be clear, we never store any credit card information on our services, that is all handled through one of the largest credit card processors online, Stripe.

    I was playing slots in my room while updating was going on & won 2 white flags when I reloaded to get my vault back the flags were not there. Everything else was though:) thank you for your time it is very much appreciated & have a wonderful day:)

  8. Cannot log into my account or use password reset

    I tried to log in with what I know be be my password and it would not work, I tried to use the reset link and every time I try to enter a new password it comes up with "there was an error logging out of your account" I tried sending a reset email to myself 4 times and on the forth try also trying to make a whole different password. still no luck :-(

  9. Missing gold

    I had 500 gold left on my account when I signed off earlier this morning and now I have zero.
    I am very frustrated to say the least.
    I have also gotten 3 people to come to this site but the tab for them to view my casino never worked.
    2 of the 3 people has built casinos and very active in the game

  10. No Coin over simons head or cop and mail lady.

    desiree1985 is trying to complete the permit mission. She can not talk to the cop or the mail lady. when asked to check shes unlocked them through Simon she has found she can also not talk to Simon. She has refreshed but is still unable to talk to them.

    After the next update, slots should no longer spin infinitely when switching tabs.

    Thank you, we’ll be pushing out an update today with several changes to the bush guy.

    1. He’ll pop up consistently.
    2. All scouting missions will complete correctly.
    3. You will be unable to scout the same pigeon group or building multiple times.
    4. He’ll no longer appear in random areas outside of his bush.

    Please let us know if you see any more issues after today.

    I had bought lottery 100 tickets at or about 11:30 pm at 3 am I had 0. I tried to buy more it said only 100 per day.

  17. 500k tourney buy in

    can the 25cp tourney be changed. At moment nobody play this twice daily tournament and a lot of players would like a tourney that is worth while winning for them. 500k is not to high of a buy in.

  18. Lotto Jackpot reset

    I'm not sure if this is a bug or not as the lotto is so new, but it showed at 5pm eastern time that there was a winner for the lotto JP, all the tickets went away as it said would happen, but the JP did not reset, it looks like it kept going from where it was, is this ment to happen?

    Badwolf is correct, thank you for adding that information.

    Are you still seeing this bug? We can confirm you’ve unlocked both of those slots and are above level 20. You should be able to place the slot machines.

    If not, please let us know and we’ll investigate further.

  20. Casino Worker Managing Bug

    I purchased a casino on the open market and was customizing it but it wont let me adjust the number of workers, what their paid or advertising from the previous owner's selections. The message "Oops Cannot hire or fire please try again later" appears and prevents adjustment. I have tried refreshing, clearing history and cache, and logging out and back in again. None of these options brought me a solution.

    Did you happen to be disconnected around the time this error occurred? We’re looking into what caused the bug.
