Scount the Man 1 mission
I have not been able to complete this mission yesterday or today, I can scout more than 10 pigeon groups also.

Thank you, we’ll be pushing out an update today with several changes to the bush guy.
1. He’ll pop up consistently.
2. All scouting missions will complete correctly.
3. You will be unable to scout the same pigeon group or building multiple times.
4. He’ll no longer appear in random areas outside of his bush.
Please let us know if you see any more issues after today.

Despite the fix, I still can't complete this mission.
This time I started this mission and visited 10 groups of pigeons. The mission giver still tells me I have a mission that I need to complete first. When I leave the zone to recall the Crazy Bush Guy, 2 encounters are added. One group of pigeons I already scouted and a new one, making the total 12/10. The new group is mentioned, the "old group" is not mentioned, but the digits are adjusted.

To add I can also scout the same pigeon group multiple times.
