Gold Purchase
I purchased gold the other night and tried using one credit card and the transaction did not go through so I used another and that transaction went through. On the credit card that did not it appears that I have a charge. The Capital One credit card is the one that seems to be an issue. If I am going to be charged I want my 1000 gold and if not please release the transaction.

I can confirm that our system is only showing one completed transaction. It is often the case that a failed charge will still show on the online statement for a few business days and then clear. If it hasn’t cleared after 2 more business days, please let us know and we’ll get it sorted out.
