Buying items In auction house and real estate office.
It would be a good idea if people could actually buy it now in the auction house and Real Estate office. That way u could set a reserve price on something and if people want to buy or bid on it that can. It would make for a better profit margin for the game also.

I like this idea. Also think that if someone asks you can they purchase something you have in your casino you should have the option to sell it to them if you wish to.
