I think CITIZENS should have certain rights to their lots and/or casinos.
I heard that currently, if a person doesn't log in for 3 months their lot is deleted, and that they have 6 months if there is a casino on it. And believe me, i completely understand the reason for this.
I think that as long as a person is PAYING to be a CITIZEN the lot/casino should stay regardless. And if there is no payment 7 months after the last payment they will be at risk of having their lot/casino deleted, UNLESS THEY LOG IN.
There is people that have 26 casinos in this game and i think if they came back and their casinos were deleted they would have a fit.
The price is steep enough to be a CITIZEN. The CITIZENS should atleast have these rights.

I think it is good as it is , If you haven't logged in for 3 months the taxes start to take items . Not many reasons to not log in for 3 months even just once , Dont get me wrong there can be a reason , but not many . If that important to keep things up have a friend or family do it for you .

Well, I agree and disagree. I agree so long as they are a citizen, there should be no deletion of the lots/casinos. However, I feel that the 3 month countdown should start after the citizenship expires and they haven't logged in.
