There should be a monthly survey to evaluate the CA's the poupose of said survey should be to test the effectiveness, morality, and temperance of the current CA team leader included. The survey should let you know how effective they are at their job and should bring to light any problems so they can be delt with in an expiedent manner. This survey should also test the popularity of the CA so the community does not resent a CA as has happened in the past. Survey should help you determine weather or not to retain a CA or not to keep the whole community happy.
