I agree. It does seem like the announcements and chat affect it. It's happened to me numerous times as well and nothing worse than when ur going all-in. Hope you guys can figure it out but I did notice that it's usually same time as the announcements too and the daily spin comes up

This is a tricky one as we haven't been able to reproduce it. However, the next update has a fix in it that may solve the problem, so please report back after if it keeps happening with more hand ID's for us to investigate. Thanks!

i too have had this happen quite frequently...have never kept track of the hand # but notice it happens to me usually around every 15 min announcements, esp if there is more than 1. Also seems to happen when its a new day, or when daily slot is reactivated...(i think that's when anyway because when i reload, daily slots is up)
