Using web site, can no longer view past chats
Since the new release, if you are using the web access and not the app, you can no longer go back and look at previous chats. Before there was an up and down arrow, now there is none. Can you put the arrows back?

Like ChelseaDT said, you can now scroll through past chat more easily just like you would a normal web page.

That is only true if you are using the app. If you log in through the website, you can not scroll through. There is NO scroll bar.

The arrows were removed , you can now scroll up by either using your mouse wheel or hovering over the far right of the chat box and dragging
