She doesn't own nor does she ant to own a casino, however, her vault is full from daily slots item wins. She isn't allowed to sell them because of the fact she doesn't own a casino. Should there be a way to access your vault and sell the items regardless of owning a casino, customers would have an extra source of ''income'' for their game of choice should they not want a casino.
