[Janitor] No Career XP, Empty Shifts (screenshots provided)
Multiple times per day I start a shift, only for the game to tell me "nothing to do here!" and sends me back home. These empty shifts give no XP and use up one of my daily shifts. I don't think empty shifts should count towards my daily shift limit.
Even after refreshing my browser, I often receive no XP for good or exemplary shifts.

Thank you for reporting this! It does appear empty floors were counting towards overtime.
This will be fixed with the next update.
