As we level up, the increase in mission XP's does not quite equate. After level 20, to level up the XP's needed have increased tremendously but the increase in the individual missions is minuscule. I see that I need 10000 - 15000 more XP's to level up now while my mission XP increase is 2 or 3. This needs to be seriously raised if for nothing else but a reward for spending this much time trying to level up.
