An option to opt-out of the pass the pigeon mission. Not everyone wants to participate and it is now being weaponized by being brought into bomb rooms on double day and bomb drops in general.

Also, there have been incidents where I have been given as little as 10 sec to pass off. There are a few who have asked that it not be brought into bomb rooms or bomb drops, but it is now being done for spite.

An opt-out would allow those that do not wish to participate the opportunity to not do so, while still keeping the integrity of the mission for those that do want to participate.
