It'd be nice if like with Bank, people could auction off their casinos instead of listing them for direct sale -- since the infrastructure for RE auctions already exists. A lot of people struggle with pricing casinos, and ask for help in chat -- but often people replying have an incentive to provide a lower number for a chance to buy it cheap. It'd help these people out if they could just list it for auction when they're unsure of pricing and let the market dictate the value.
