Team Challenge Insight
I propose that crew leaders be given an insight page that gives a breakdown of the players that participated in team challenges and how many they completed. There are too many players who enter into war (and sometimes battle) and expect the rest of their team mates to carry them. This is ok overall when the player is busy with something that day or became unwell etc however there are people who do this EVERY time there is a war or battle. It is because of these people I am proposing this. It is unfair to expect that the rest of your crew will do these challenges for you each and every time they battle. So a crew leader needs to know who these people are in order to address if they need guidance or booted from crew.

You are so very right happy lol i think James put it in the way it is as so that we have to work out as a team how to get through them. The leader also has a big part to play in managing the crew to do them. This is why I thought it was the fairest suggestion to have at least some insight. I think my original suggestion for crew leader to have access though is probably not good enough. I think all the crew should have access so we all know where we stand. Not all crew leaders are good at management and so players then know if they want to stay in that crew or not.

I like the part about providing leaders with stats to help them coordinate and make decisions.
However I am comfortable with the current implementation.
In my crew we distribute TCs based on preferences, or strategy, and not always everyone are required to participate. Thus, the current method works for us better than being forced as X tasks per member.
An informed leader can decide when to make incentives on their own.
An automatic system of incentives and penalties may prejudice strategies. -

Yes, this last war we had people given almost full 24 hours to contribute to team challenge that didn't and that was so hard and sad to see. Some of us regulars that would have been helping out had sat out this war due to other commitments and so it became very clear that some people just did not help at all. I love your idea Sam for the required amount per member to be completed by team and only those that did will be given score boost. Not sure though if that defeats the purpose of why James added team challenge in first place.

I think time zones play a role in this issue. If a crew knocks out their team challenge in the morning, those in another time zone or work schedule don't have a chance to help out. Don't get me wrong we have people that don't even plan on helping but, I think there are players who would help but by the time they sign on because of time zone or work the task are completed. If you're going to give task # by crew members signed up for war, then do a system for all who want to help their crew out can.

Excellent idea Samszoo! I think that would work too. In fact probably better than what I am suggesting lol

I think theres a way to keep the % reward. My thought was, our Team Challenges are based off number of crew members in war. Not all crew members can be on at the same time to help out. Take the # of team challenges divide by # of crew members and require each team member to do at least that amount. If you don't complete your allotted amount you don't get % reward. Those that complete their allotted amount receive % reward. Or only give reward % bonus to those crew members that helped complete the team challenges.
