Auction

If I put something in the auction. I put 10 mil as a start price. If someone bids 10 mil I should get the money right away. It is locked in. The player can't get the money back.

    It's an auction hosted by the bank. You get the money after auction is over and fee costs are deduced. Just like those TV shows Auction Hunters.
