buying a vault upgrade doesn't charge you chips as it should
it does take the casino points correctly. also new vault tab in casino covers the active quests

The upgrade should only costs casino points. The chips at the left show how many chips the upgrade can hold.
Thanks for the heads up about the active missions positioning! That should be fixed in the next update.

MrOnosa, the issue with the chips should be fixed now. That was part of a farther-reaching bug that was fixed in a recent update.
