There are some flashing neon lights on some of the casinos (and we plan on continuing to add more animations around the city). However, since the graphics are largely hand painted images and not actual 3D rendered images, it becomes extremely difficult to create a day/night cycle with today’s browser technologies. This may become possible in the future, but right now we’ll have to go ahead and mark it as declined. Thanks for the idea!
