[COLOR SLIDER] Handle stuck to mouse when switching color on color wheel

When changing wall color in your casino and you move slider and then switch color on the wheel, your handle will be stuck to your mouse. Switching tabs like go to metrics and back does not solve the issue.

    Even when you are no longer in the tab and move the mouse it still changes color >_<
