I also noticed on the mini-map that star 1,2 &4 are the same size and that 3 star casino is a bit deeper. Perhaps making 3 star casino equally deep as the others is also a solution?

Yes, perhaps when you want to upgrade, you can drag and drop the new casino into place (like when first building 1 star casino) and once it's valid placed you can click upgrade. When it's upgraded, your old will be gone and the new one is located where you placed it.

This is actually an issue with the new casino overlapping other items after it is upgraded. If you notice, the back of it may also be hanging out of your lot.

We plan to fix this by asking you to reposition your casino when upgrading it, so that the new size fits on your lot.

Yes I can confirm this happening. JKaplan's 3 star casino palm tree bug has been shown to James and Luke. Seems an issue with tall buildings and the vegetation on the right side.

VirtualJohn: It might be better if you use something like paint to put screenshots in and save it as a jpg or png? That would lower the file size and be more convenient for people that don't have word.

I've had a quick wander around and it's affecting Jkaplan's lv3 casino too. There is also a fast flicker in the blue office building top right of zone 0, diagonally between zone 1b, 10a & 11b on mini map. I've only had time to look over righthand side of the map thou' so if someone wants check out the left side and confirm that they see what I've reported that way too that'll be great. Alternatively I'll look when I get back home from work. My casino is immediately south of Coldblooded's and that is in turn south of the central plaza :)
